- Rhythm Imports use only the best courier and postal services available in Australia. All orders are shipped within 24hours of received payment.
For domestic shipping we use Direct Freight Express couriers and Registered Express Post Bags.
For international shipping we use DHL Express and ECI Australia Post.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive and email with tracking number and link to track your orders progress. - Privacy & Security
- At Rhythm we use a fully encrypted SSL connection ensuring the safety of your personal and credit card details.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in un-used condition with the original un-damaged packaging. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and in some cases a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
All our products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty which covers defective workmanship or materials. We can only process warranty items purchased through Rhythm Imports or one of our dealers. - Ordering

- We accept all major credit cards and American Express (No Diners). We also accept Direct Deposit and PayPal payments.
For all international orders we only accept PayPal and Direct Deposit payments for security purposes. - Viewing Orders
- In order to track your orders progress you will need to create an account to access this information. Although it is possible to checkout as a "guest" this will mean you cannot login to check your orders progress - however you will still receive its tracking information and a link to track its position.
- Updating Account Information
- Account information can be updated once logged into your account. Simply select the area you would like to edit under the "My Account" panel at the top left of the screen once logged in.
