This frame has gone through so many technological upgrades that we decided to call it a "sequel" to clearly distinguish it from the 08 model. The Capital 2 is probably the lightest and most advanced MTB-street frame on the market.
NS achieved an insane weight of 2.09 kg's, but at the same time made the frame strong enough for the most hardcore riders. In fact the factory testing machines indicate that this is their strongest frame ever. The secret to this weight vs. strength is a totally new high-end tube set combined with the new full heat treating process that takes place after the whole frame is welded. The Capital 2's geometry is also seriously revised, and is the brainchild of Lukas " RNS" Pietrzak, NS test rider and product manager.
