Rotary 10
The front Rotary 10mm hub uses hollow steel side bolts. They are stronger & harder to strip (longer threads) than the traditional system with the not‐so clean looking axles sticking out on the sides. The cone nuts are made of AL7075 ‐ they are strong enough for the front hub & won’t slip at all. Guess why? No threads! Nothing to adjust or tighten. Plus they are extremely light. Notice the special shape ‐ this hub with small body and low flanges looks super-sleek and extremely strong.

Rotary SS
This hub is simply as good as MTB SS hubs get. It takes all the technology from BMX and brings it into the MTB scene like no other. No stupidly heavy axle nuts, weak driver bearings and bendable 3/8” axles for this hub. NS have created this extremely light hub by machining any excess material from the shell, adding 7075 male clamp bolts, and running the latest bushing technology for the driver. This ensures that you wont have any driver bearings collapse, and extremely accurate engagement. Oh and if you were worried about strength, get this – NS have ensured you cant strip any cones with steel slip-ons. The hollow axle bolts use a super clean 17mm hex head to ensure max clamping force.

Primary Cassette
The Primary cassette hub replaces the Coaster Pro. It's the ultimate mountain bike cassette hub that will work great in both horizontal and vertical dropouts. The female axle system will keep the rear end of a frame much more stable, and can be used in horizontal dropouts without any axle positioning systems. It’s light enough for racing and strong enough to take big slopestyle jumps. This hub is fully sealed, runs on 4 bearings and features an oversized alloy 7075 axle. The hub is held securely by 3/8” bolts. The advantage of using big bolts is significant: there is no weight penalty as they are drilled for weight saving and what's also important is that they are almost flush with the dropouts so there is little chance to hurt your ankles. The bolts have 8mm hex sockets so you can tighten your rear wheel with an Allen key. NS have used the best alloy for the cones and even reinforce them with steel inserts.

Primary SS
The Primary single speed is a new hub that replaces our Coaster Pro SS. It features the same overall look as the other primary hubs, but the new appearance is just the beginning of the story. The most important update is that NS have emplyed a female axle system. The steel axle with nuts was replaced with a lighter and stronger oversized alloy 7075 axle. This is the same system that proved itself in the high-end Rotary rear hub. This not only makes a much stronger hub, but substantialy keeps the weight down.
