Hubs

Rotary SS Pro

The Rotary is a real street/dirt mountain bike disc brake SS hub (135/10) using pure bmx technology. Say no to the heavy hubs taken straight from bmx catalogues with tiny & weak driver bearings & weak 3/8" axles. The Rotary hub is so light because we decided to shave any unnecessary weight to the limit without sacrificing the strength at all.
Instead of a long and weak 3/8” axle we used a bigger diameter alloy 7075 axle & steel hardware on the drive side to make it almost indestructible. No more adjusting, no more unscrewing or stripped cone nuts - they are slip-on. No external threads to damage. Hollow 3/8” bolts with 17mm hex heads & 8mm Allen hex sockets will fully immobilize your wheel in the dropouts. The driver runs on a bushing eliminating the need to use tiny and week bearings. It‟s strong as hell and run smooth. Engagement is really good – this hub won‟t skip.
Please also note that we added one special feature you were asking for - this hub is really loud!

Rotary SS

TThe Rotary single features the unique bolts from the Rotary Pro hub with hex heads. We decided to employ a female system in this hub. The steel thru-axle with nuts was replaced with a lighter and stronger oversized alloy 7075 axle and steel bolts. In other words this hub uses the same system that proved itself in our Rotary Single Pro rear hub. The female axle system will immobilize the wheel in the dropouts no matter what, and there is much less chance to hurt your ankles on the bolts. Overall, we managed to produce an incredibly light and strong hub in an economical price range.

Rotary Rear Cassette

The Rotary cassette is a high end mountain bike cassette hub with a female axle system that will keep the rear end of a frame much more stable, and can be used in horizontal dropouts without any axle positioning systems. It‟s light enough for racing and strong enough to take big slopestyle jumps. This hub is fully sealed, runs on 4 bearings and features an oversized alloy 7075 axle. The hub is held securely by 3/8” steel bolts with rounded flat bolt heads that are almost flush with the dropouts so there is little chance to hurt your ankle. The advantage of oversized alloy axle and steel bolts is significant: there is no weight penalty and bolts have 8mm hex sockets so you can tighten your rear wheel with an Allen key. To make sure the hub will hold up any kind of abuse, we used the best alloy for our cones and we even reinforce them with steel inserts.

Rotary 10

This low flange front hub is based on the female axle system with hollow steel side bolts. They are stronger & harder to strip (longer threads) than the traditional systems that have long axles and nuts sticking out on the sides. The cone nuts are made of AL7075 - they are strong enough for the front hub & won‟t strip at all. This is because there are no threads! Nothing to adjust or come loose. Plus they are light. Notice the special shape - this hub with small body and low flanges looks almost like a road hub but can be used for heavy duty street riding. Please note – this hub is designed for pegless riding. Now available in several new finishes.
